Thank you to urthgardens for the great communication and customer care. Being in Canada, it is hard to know when you order, if the arrangement will actually be the same. You were kind enough to let me know the vase would not be the same and if I was okay with that. The substitute actually worked better for type of arrangement I was looking for. My sister-in-law also sent me a pic of the arrangement she received and it was lovely. Whole experience was excellent! I will use you again in the future. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much, Joanne! It makes me so happy to hear your feedback and know how much you and the recipient enjoy the arrangement. I always aim for excellent communication and to take good care of my customers even if they are ordering from far away! I look forward to always working with you in the future.?

Beautiful product that was easy to pick up
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
