I wanted to surprise my sister who lives across the country with a “pick me up” floral to brighten her day and let her know she’s special to me. I looked on line at various florists and most designs were so basic and boring. I finally found Urth Gardens and quite a few lovely arrangements to choose between. On the day of delivery I was contacted by Vanessa to clarify the design and I have to say she gave me confidence that the order was going to be made with creativity and care. She followed up with a phone call and delivery photo which was so appreciated. The arrangement was lovely and the recipient was oh so pleased. The entire order to delivery process was a pleasure.
